Use this page to request deletion of personal data you submitted through Luxival contact, newsletter, booking, and creator forms. We process matching records by email address immediately where deletion is allowed.

Enter the same email address you used with Luxival. Contact enquiries, newsletter subscriptions, and creator applications are deleted. Ride requests are anonymized so personal identifiers are removed while limited service records can be retained for legal and accounting obligations.
You can also email support@luxival.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We may ask for extra information only when needed to verify ownership of the email address or comply with Finnish legal obligations.
