These terms govern your use of the Luxival website and the services we offer. By submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Luxival is a service business operated by Olakunle Oluwarotimi Shopeju, registered and operating in Finland. We offer premium airport transfer services and digital professional services including software QA, web design, AI agent development, and engineering design.
This website is provided for information and to enable service bookings and enquiries. You may not:
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Luxival by email or WhatsApp. Submitting a booking form does not itself constitute a confirmed reservation.
We monitor incoming flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time at no extra charge. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, severe weather, road closures).
Prices quoted on the website are indicative. The final fare is agreed in writing at confirmation. Additional stops, excess luggage beyond agreed limits, or waiting time exceeding 30 minutes may incur additional charges as agreed.
Digital services (QA automation, web design, AI agent development, engineering design) are governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work agreed in writing before work begins. These terms of service apply to the general commercial relationship; the project agreement governs deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables produced for them. Luxival retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Any Luxival-owned tools, frameworks, or templates incorporated into a project remain Luxival's property; the client receives a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered project.
Payment terms are stated in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under Finnish law.
Requests that materially exceed the agreed scope will be quoted as separate items. Minor corrections and agreed revisions within scope are included at no extra charge as defined in the project agreement.
This website and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Luxival's total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. It forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation will be referred to the District Court of Vantaa, Finland, as the court of first instance.
Consumers also have the right to refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi).
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
